Hello, I cannot send mail to my friend normally who has the account name and character name identical to each other. The message ‘Unable to find recipient appears’, and I found a solution to this by making her send me mail and then replying to that message.

Hey, I don’t think much detail is needed for my problem, but whenever you use the chimeric prism focus skin from Hall of Monuments, it also becomes sheathed… I’m not sure whether thats a problem or not but it looks really bad in my opinion.

Did you patch your client? Maybe its the new patch, or if its incompatible with the current server…

I was in an dungeon and at the last boss when a notice popped up saying there is a new build of the system, and the game will restart in 3 hours. Then soon after my laptop crashes so I restart my computer, only to find out I cannot rejoin the dungeon. I’m really annoyed because now :
1. I cannot rejoin because of a bug.
2. My team I was with cannot kill the last boss, and thus completing the dungeon.
3. There’s nothing I can do about it.

This is Twilight Arbor Story Mode, regarding the most recent patch and I recieve the error message code =19:9:18:1614:101.
