Problem has been resolved

When attempting to access the home page, http://www.guildwars2.com/ I get an error message saying Page not found.

I have attached a screenshot of the entire error message, Covering the first two parts of the IP address, As it was my IP.

This actually somehow got fixed by setting a 30 frame limit ingame. Will read over the advice given and look into whether there are any clear issues with my AC Charger.

2. Throttle your CPU via BIOS overclocking tools by underclocking it.
3. Throttle your GPU using the GPU tweaking tools of your GPU manufacturer by lowering core and shader as well as memory clocks.

All that may as well have been in some other language. Sorry, Really not too experienced with Hardware. Any chance there’s a simplified version of those two points?

So everytime I play, My laptop decides to lose battery while plugged in.

If anyone else has experienced this or knows any fix, Please let me know.

I have been running the game in “High Performance” or “Balanced” power mode, but it drains the battery. While in “Power Saving” mode it actually charges, but I get terrible frames.

I must stress that this is while my laptop is plugged into the wall/charging.

My Graphical settings are whatever they got set to when it auto-detected.

How hard is in-game gold to get? is 9/10 gold a lot?

1) Do map completion (get all points of interest, vistas, skill challenges and hearts in a zone). Starter cities give them and are quick to complete if you want some in a hurry, though you may want to save them until level 80 – you go through gear quickly while levelling.

2. I read on the Wiki that it’s possible to exchange coins for Gems, Is it possible to not have to pay for Gems, ever? Or will you need to purchase Gems eventually?

The game is pretty awesome for the first 2400 hours, then it gets a bit old after since the updates weren’t very substantial (though it seems to be getting better recently). But the content on release was really good, at least.

2400 hours of entertainment for $25? Sounds like a bloody good deal.

So a friend told me about Guild Wars 2, Probably a year ago, And I’ve been craving an MMO lately. So I picked it up on the 50% Deal at the moment, Only problem is I have no idea what this game is.

Describe it in one sentence

Also how PvP oriented is it? I’m not a huge fan of PvP, Love PvM, And love exploring.
