Guild Wars 2

[Oops] is a gw2 collective weekend Raiding guild formed by [Abys], [BÆST], and [ONE] on Dragonbrand. We’re a medium sized “Zerg busting” guild full of players that have been in many zerg busting/Skill group guilds, we’re a core group of players coming under one tag on the weekends to get in, mess stuff up, and get out.

Though we have an established core of players we are looking to increase our numbers with skilled players who are looking for a organized skill group to run with Friday-Sunday(Raid times/dates can change as we progress). We have no rep requirement throughout the week so you are free to rep whatever guild it is you wish to rep during the week, but come the weekend if you’re online we expect you to be running with us during our raid times.

Our goal is to have fun, fill our bags, and help our server in anyway we can on the field.

Level 80
Geared
At least be able to understand/speak some English
Teamspeak
Be willing to modify your build to benefit group composition
Be on Dragonbrand or wiling to move to Dragonbrand

We’ve also got griefers here on SBI that are taking our Golems off cliffs, seems we have a circle of griefing going on at the moment.

That [Abys] member will be dealt with, any other [Abys] members that decide they want to kitten talk like a bunch of 3 year olds will be personally throw out of the guild by myself. I apologize on behalf of those two.

Hey do you know who was part of that [Abys] group in IoJ this morning (It would have been at approximately 12pm EST, or 3am AEST)? Because the three of us had some great fights against your group. That necro puts out some mean conditions, but he was carrying the rest of that group pretty hard.

If I had to guess I would say it was either Magast or Spy Of Evil. As for the rest of the group I’m not sure I know I was running around IoJ by myself picking random fights but it was a bit earlier than that.

Well good job to that Necro, either way – when we hit his group we initially started to focus him, but decided that his buddies were a bit squishier. It was only until the end, when too many of you guys swarmed us and we needed to retreat in to bay, that we actually looked at our combat logs and realised that he should have been the guy to focus down throughout the fight, hehe.

I’ll make sure I mention your bit of praise to them.

It is one of the few escapes I have to enjoy in my real life so I dont spend it acting like an elitist or entitled jerk, I play it to have fun. I’ve been corpse jumped and /laugh(ed) at by both stormbluff and kaineng players after players killed me even when I bow or salute after I’ve won a fight. Its called decency and realising the avatar I just fought is a real person and not resorting to such childish and immature behavior.

On a positive note, My thief’s name is Ishi Jo on darkhaven, If you’re reading this..to the mesmers I fought outside of blue vale and west garrison today (07/17) thank you so much for those fights, they were easily 2 of the best fights I’ve had.

Try hards are always going to be try hards.

Personally I find it hilarious when people get super cereal over a game.

Shout out to both sides, this match up has been amazing both in the fact that it was a close match and the fact that we can remain civil and respectable towards each other, It’s a nice break from the typical NSP/IoJ forum warrior talk. I know we of Abyss had several great fights with both sides this week. I’m sad to see the match drawing to it’s end, but I feel as a server both BP and YB has taught us so much this week.

I’d like to thank the Warrior from TFH for the 1v1, even though it literally went nowhere lol, was fun. Good fight.

Abys has both a Roaming group and a Zerg ball, unfortunately our Zerg ball come out to play more then our roaming team, not to mention it’s hard for a small group of Abys to roam considering any pugs we walk by generally tend to be attracted by the Abys tag and begin to follow us, so we tend to end up with unintentional zerg balls.

OMG U MEAN THE SM THAT LOST U ZERG AFTER ZERG AFTER ZERG!!! OOOMMMGGGG!!! U MUST BE SO AWESOME!!! I MEAN WE HAD IT FOR A LONG TIME AND DEFENDING IT WITH THE 20 PEEPS THAT WE HAD AND THE 50+ THAT TOOK U TO TAKE IT U MUST BE SO PROUD!!! I MEAN 20 v 50+ AND U STILL LOSE OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!!! ….. but in all seriousness trolling aside this has been extremely fun on HoD’s side we havn’t had some practice against 3 to 1 odds in awhile and it’s nice to see what the larger servers go through on a weekly basis our excitement has never been higher with the constant map chat on our side with people astonished with the insane victory’s they accomplish against much larger groups than theirs. There have been times when I see the occasional new uplvled noobish wvw player on our side stake a few baddies on the ground and jump up for joy afterwards and believe me nothing is more comical than seeing that in a wvw map ^^

Also a shout out to the leet roaming groups that AR has I have encountered a few and it’s nice to see that even in a zerg server the skills of ur single players have not diminished and look forward to seeing u more in action u guys r the heart of AR and have nothing but respect for u so if I die by ur hands it would be an honor if u sit on my face afterwards… what can I say i’m a fan with a weird face sitting fetish >> so take it easy on the little guy we so little!! ><

I agree, all forum warrior trolling aside this match up has been pretty fun so far I’m excited to see how things go later in the week, should be interesting.

I will say that I am a bit disappointed that AR lost a significant amount of their WvW guilds since we last met, would of been nice to have a rematch with the AR that we played last.

Starts a slow clap for the 2 AR assaulters in DH’s Borderlands, I believe from a guild with the initials CoD, who decided to use 2 golems to try and take the paper bluebriar by themselves, unguarded by allies, who then were killed once they finally got the door open, which was then immediately repaired with supplies on site. Best 200 supplies and 2 gold spent

Should be flat out applauding them. WvW is way more interesting and dynamic when people are trying out crazy things all over the place. Plus, lets be honest, 99.99% of players never once spent money on a siege golem – between JPs and random drops, most people have more than they will use.

Saw it coming but didn’t have time to type out a warning. Now lets post every single wipe each server has had using ~superior T1 tactics of mass invis, flanks, and blast finishers. Kay?
