I am seeing what I 1st believed to be a thief cloak, then end up right beside me and then fire off both earth dagger offhand elemental skills … so they have to be elementals … so how are they cloaking from a distance (out of combat range)?

And yes, they are cloaking, it takes some time between when they vanish, and then appear beside me.

Any class can cloak with Rune of Infiltration,including Elementalist

Between two im going to mention,I do know that Book of Secrets is best for staff crit dmg elementalist,however seems too expensive to me for a back piece

Which back piece would be most proper for Elementalist use overall out of these two since i play all aspects of GW2

Koss On Koss (24 power,17 toughness,17 vitality)

Tome of the Rubicon (24 Condition dmg,17 Precision,17 Toughness)

From what i know there is option to infuse Ascendent item (Uninfused) by using Mystic Forge.For my back piece it coasts around 250 ectoplasm to upgrade it to “Infused”

However,I saw something called “Simple Infusion” that can be bought inside FoTM dungeon from golem merchant,it is pretty cheap

I want to know what is the difference,and what should i do for the time beeing

I think precision is our most important stat so maybe you should go with crafted magic find gear. I wouldn’t recommend it though.
I use ormnoberry bars on my ele for better drops.
If you want a toon to farm with roll a warrior or gaurdian.
Always switch attunements when your most important spells in that auttunement is on cool down.
I like the sigil of battle for my weapons to stack might.
I had 12 might in AC tonight.
I use a glass cannon build with knights gear so I’m not as squishy.

I do have precision/critical % full exotic gear,and i am looking for another gear with healing power,however I wanted magic find gear that would be from some sort of dungeon,not one u can simply buy from trade post

The only reason behind me making this thread is there is only one magic find gear u can aquire from dungeons,it is CoE,and it doesn’t have precision stat but condition dmg instead… I am alredy on path to aquiring full gear since i have only 1 piece left

I want to know if in future i should consider transmuting it to get precision out of it instead of condition dmg,considering i have full magic find exotic jewlery WITH precision alredy,however it does not supply critical %,and is it really a big difference dmg wise,using Staff,to roll 6 pieces of armour with Precision (gives u around 10 more percent) instead of condition.

Note that there is Flameburst spell in fire magic around 7 seconds cooldown,and Eruption in earth magic aswell,6 seconds cooldown along with Shockwave

Thing I am concerned about is if Scepter,Focus or Daggers become popular for dungeons at some point of game in future(Maybe they still are but im not informed about it)

So,since i started playing GW2 Elementalist i wanted to get dungeon armour sets for my 1.dps,2.healing and 3.magic find

I wanted to start with magic find so i get better drops,and the only dungeon I could find magic find armour is Crucible of Ethernity

However,i didn’t check armour stats beside magic find,but seems like these have condition dmg instead of precision

I am using Elementalist,staff build which is most common and I am wondering if i should buy regular magic find armour from tradepost and transmute some of items into precision instead,keeping unique CoE dungeon skins,because I don’t really see conditional dmg doing as much as precision on Staff spells.Now that would coast alot,but its still an option.However if i go precision i don’t have crit % stats on any magic find armours in game,still I do get precision from jewlery i have on,increasing my critical chance,but not critical % dmg overall

Scenario where I could see an Elementalist in PvE having stronger output in conditional dmg is with Scepter and Focus,perhaps even Daggers

Shall I keep conditional dmg statistics on my elementalist CoE gear,while using staff,OR shall I transmute into precision no matter how much it coasts for unique CoE looks?

(… Otherwords,how do you feel about Elementalist using Staff and having Conditional dmg instead of Precision?)

My email authorization works fine in early hours from what i’ve noticed or at least when not alot of people play the game

But since this Halloween event,alot of people are logging in,so there is no time i can remember in evening hours that i could recieve an email from Guild Wars 2,and recieve access to game nor website…Those authorization emails would usually come day after,or be extremly late

I read previous information on forum about this problem in specific but none of those provided me information I need

From what I know,I can disable email authorization by contacting support,but there is no option under account options where i can turn it back on,for example after Halloween event,because everything used to work fine before this event for me,or at least email delays were not significant (1-5 minutes)… now its taking too long.Also several times,i even got emails from trusted,offical Guild Wars 2 that provided authorization that ended in failure after i click links

I want to keep my email authorization for safety precautions,but I still want to be able to play the game and logg into website.There is no information on future updates related to account system where I don’t need to contact support (online help) for this,because it makes things hard in case i want to keep authorization
