Oh wow, I didn’t realise, thank you :]
As the topic states,
I would love to be able to add things from the gem store to a wishlist so I can keep track of things I want to get instead of having to sift through the tabs each time. That way I can also compare which I would like to get first when I have the gems available.
It would also be nice if it notified you when the item(s) went on sale of if they are going to be removed from the store soon.
Please ANet consider this idea!
Any comments about the subject are welcome :]
I agree that everything that was in the Gem Store (or Black Lion Chests) should come back, at least periodically. Maybe have a few returning items each month, and it can just cycle through all of them and then start over.
Yea, if they did seasonal changes, that would allow people who previously missed out to get something they really want.
Bring back the Bunny Ears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m really REALLY hoping for this too!! I missed out last time! :C
IMO, I think this would be a better way to start a conversation with the person displaying skins that you’re interested in. It would get the “stupid questions”(what skin is that, what dyes) out of the way and let you get to the more interesting parts of the conversation – “How did you earn that skin?”, “Why did you use _ dye, and did you think of using ______ dye instead?”
If the other person is willing, and if there is time, etc… They can then answer more informed questions, getting to the interesting part of the conversation more quickly. And if not, then they can just say something like “I’m sorry, but I need to go meet my guild mates right now. Can you please just inspect them? Maybe we can discuss it later if you like.”
It also works better if the person wanting the skin/dye information has little time. they can just inspect, take down the info, and move on to what they need to be doing.
So I think that skin/dye inspection has advantages that would be worthwhile. Providing it just gives skin and dye (cosmetic) info only, and no gameplay-relevant info.
I agree. It’s kinda less intrusive if you don’t want to bother someone or it lets you get into a conversation about how to obtain different things more quickly.
Also, I was thinking about the dye colours too just before, I like that idea too :]
Exactly, I feel like I’m completely missing out with no way to ever get or experience that part of the game ever again.
I already feel that way about some of the Living World Season 1 stuff that I missed :C
Zera, I suppose you have a point. Although, I find that I chat to random people more often in this game than any other game I have played. Usually through Map chat rather than actually whispering people about their gear.
I do enjoy chatting to people when inquiring about gear but I don’t think it will take away from that too much. You can still ask someone how to obtain something if you know what it’s called.
I agree with this too. I came back to the game after a long break and found that I had missed one of the best, in my opinion, weapon skin sets to date. (Dreamthistle)
Now if I want one of these elusive skins I would have to conjure up 800g+ for one on the TP.
I wouldn’t mind if they kept them as black lion ticket rewards, cause that way they aren’t going to be flooding the market and it would be something nice to work towards through black lion chests.
On the chests note, I do wish the keys were a smidgen cheaper >.<
Yea, that’s exactly my thought.
I’ve asked a fair few people too and I think normally they are happy enough to let you know too.
It makes me happy when people ask me cause usually they compliment me too so I think others would feel the same way.
As the title states, I would love to inspect people just to see which skins they are using.
I completely understand why there is no inspect option to see what gear/stats people are using and that makes sense to me but I think it would be a great idea to be able to see which skins they are using.
Just my thoughts.
Feel free to leave your own ^_^

I get this a lot too and I have also noticed it more so underwater.
This has also caused my story quest to bug before as a mob spawned on a flagpole and my quest NPC would not advance because she was attacking the nvulnerable target.
Usually mobs are made to go invulnerable to avoid exploitation and stuff, which is understandable, but it is really frustrating when mobs just reset out of no where.
I have had this with regular mobs as well as Veterans and Champions which is even more annoying!
I hope it gets fixed soon! :]
Yea I noticed it only happening with Mithril and Ruby, but mine was a different set of gear.
Is yours transmuted?
Mine started taking on the colours which I was unable to apply on different parts of the gear too which I thought was strange.
I have had this before also, I found that most times if I removed the piece my game would also crash :C
I found it when trying to use Mithril Dye (sp?) on the starter cloth gear on my Human Mesmer. It also happened when using Ruby Dye on the same armor.
It would only happen when using on certain parts of the item though which I found strange o.O
I ended up just using different colours and now completely different gear haha
Is it happening with more than just one dye colour?
I have also been having this issue, I think that adding an option for Sticky Targeting would probably sort it out for the most part.
I’m looking at him right now, Isle of Janthir, still standing there, doing nothing.
I have also just submitted my ticket.
My number is #121010-000801
Hope to hear back soon
Thanks
I am so glad that this is getting looked into!
I am waiting patiently to create my Asura Necro but I really don’t want a fat head xD
Thank you A-Net for looking for a fix :]
Looking forward to more updates on the issue
