I agree, i value my time too but i dont see anet fixing this any time soon, they’ve just announced that they are on holiday for the next couple of days due to thanks giving.

I guess the below announcement will never happen.

We have a team looking into disconnection problems that prevented some people from receiving their event rewards.
We will implement a solution so that people who participated will get their rewards, but this takes work on our end, so it will not happen today.
Keep an eye on our forums and social media channels, we will let you know once we have the solution in place.

Its sad that i wasted 2 hours in this event and got disconnected and was never able to log back in. I would have let it go but then they sent an announcement that they would have a solution for those that got dcéd it’s been a couple of days now and nothings happened. Why not just apologize for the screw up and not give false hope.

What do you guys think of how anet handled this situation?

Well it was sad samething happened to me disconnect at the final stages wasted 2 hours on that and was not able to log back in, left for work pissed off that i was not able to finish the event. It would at least expect anet to fix it by redoing the event or something.
