I have actually tried to respond.. both by updating the issue (Which has now been closed with no resolve) and posting twice on the forums (once in the missing items forum and once here.. which you have responded to).

Your agent did indeed respond 9/10 with the comment that the issue was being investigated. I have since had no feedback, and I have seen no further activity from your support colleagues. There is no outstanding activity required on my part. Please have your support team investigate further and provide a resolution as a matter of urgency.

This post is in respect of issue number 120910-002395. I posted a support request on the Gem Store Issues thread 15 days ago:

This issue is still unresolved. I have paid money for these items and have not yet

I bought a dye pack about 5 days ago and it never showed up in my mail…

Commerce Gem Store – Items not delivered [Incident: 120910-002395]

And now I can no longer log into my support account. Any help would be most useful.
