If they change the chests too much (making them cheaper, having better rewards, whatever…), all the people who bought the keys before will feel cheated and then whine about that. I think Anet wants to avoid that. A decent solution would be to introduce an alternate item (Like the consortium chests, but those sucked too. So I guess Anet can’t get it right no matter what).

Or better yet. Just don’t buy the keys, sell the chests on the TP, and don’t think about them ever again.

Precursors for free for Thousands and Thousands of people / cost less on the TP then a lot of ppl spend building them.

Exotics getting useless and so on.

People allready feel cheated, so there is no Reason for not giving em another slap in the face.

I think he is speaking the Truth. I wouldn’t call myself a powertrader or something like that but i have about 56.000 myself.

On a really good Day you can even make 60-70 Gold in a few Hours, but those Days are very Rare those Days. Ikittennow the prices u can still make 20 Gold in like two hours work. Buy Orders for 120-150 Gold before i go to sleep will give me Items I can sell the next few days for like 15-25 Gold Profit. Some Prices allways go up and down, so if u dont mind waiting some days for your money its pretty easy. If your like “Omg prices are falling i need to sell right NOW” you might even lose money on Trading.

You have to know the prices of the Items, watch the TP prices for some days and you might get more. 3 Days ago ive bought 15 Sigills for 50 Silver each, Today ive sold em for 97 Silver each, usually they sell for about 1 Gold, i know that because i play the TP a lot.

Its not only because of Bots that prices are going up. Everyone, his Girlfriend, his Dog and his Cat want ascended Items and they cost a lot of those Mats.

At the Moment i could still order them for 10 copper, prices are allready going up. Do you think its a good Idea to buy them now?

The Troll here is while you, who has got a precursor are complaining while I who hasn’t got a precursor and i’ve done the full event from start to end myself have got Exotics and rares worth less then 3 Gold. And i’m not complaining about, as many others.

A Guildmate has just built his Precursor after throwing 36 Exotics into the Forge, may be Luck, may be the increased Chance.

Funny how People thought anet would give everyone a precursor for free.. with better droprate and better buildchance in the forge the precursors will cost less for sure, but i don’t think they will cost less then 200 Gold, the Greatswords maybe even 300, its not ANETs Fault everyone wants a Greatsword.

Well, I hope u will not be angry when u realize that the new gear will only be best in slot for the new dungeon and not for WvW or other PVE Content because u dont get Sigils/Runes.

It seems to be true that prices are skyrocketing due to fine mats not beeing available that much anymore, you can check this yourself on gw2spidy.com. I’ve just checked ancient bone for example, while a week before 80.000 sell listings it has now about 20.000 and still falling, its the same with all the other fine mats for sure. EDIT: ECTOS Sell Listings 21.000 on 1. November, today 5700

Lol even ancient Bones starting to skyrocket from 0,2 silver yesterday to 0,9 silver today

Its not only T6 mats, some dyes are Skyrocketing too, Burgundy Dye as example, ive bought 2 of them for 5 silver each yesterday and now i have sold em for over 80.

Same with some other Dyes, not bad if you want to earn gold but for sure not nice for people who still need the dyes.
