My problem is when I click log in on the Start up. it freezes.

it also Freezes when I interact with the Account name or Password

This issue made me really disappointed, Anet should at least give us a response or something to let us know that actions are being done to solve this issue.

Instead of just keeping the silence.

So much for that “Awesome Customer Support”

Sorry for ranting, I really wanna play this game.
