Since the last update I have been unable to change my ranger pets. Currently using Black Moa & Tiger. Whichever one I try to change all I get are the two list of pets for both my current pets. And when I click on any new pet I want then nothing happens. I have every GW2 pet.

Since you changed to 64bit client I get disconnected from the game sometimes several times a day.
This is beginning to get really annoying as sometimes I am doing something really important.
I would like to know if there is anything you can tell me how I can correct this problem.

I reported an issue with scibing a Super Tree on 17th April at 10.19 gmt. This item went into processing but has not yet appeared in the Decorations panel. As I said before this is not the first time things have dissappeared after processing. I need the tree or else I will have wasted a lot of materials.

I have just scribed a Super Tree at approx 10.19 gmt 17th April 2016.. With my ranger Longbow Lilly. The tree has not appeared in the Guild decorations panel. Pleaee help

600 gem new Bank Tab extension in Gemstore did not warn me that I had reached my limit. Thought more tabs had been newly available for the bank.
I am unable to use it so please could I have a refund of 600 gems.

I requested email verification when I first started GW2, but occasionally I did not get it when logging in. Log in went straight to PLAY. I have put up with this so far but now I am concerned as the verification is to prevent hackers. Over the last few weeks this has been getting worse. I have been able to login without verification many times and I DO NOT want that. During the last few days it has almost been every time I log on. I would like you to sort this out for me please very quickly. I do not want to lose my account because your email system is not working!

This has happened several times now. Invite new member then they are unable to use guild chat. They then purposely go invivible/ then onlline again, log out and on again, leave guild and accept new invite and still unable to use chat. This is getting really annoying.

Every time I change my chars and try to guild chat, message says I am not in a guild yet I can clearly see myself there. I have to go invisible, then back to online in order to chat. I also have a problem sometimes whispering to other players as the chat that I type will not get sent.

I can only put one upgrade into my guild build queue at a time and I can’t rearrange the build list.

These last few days I have many dc issues and delayed chat and lag. I have always though been able to get back into game without having to login. This morning it is far worse. I was crafting bags and had many dc’s in the space of half hour. Every time I got back in I was on a different char. Bags that I had been making disapeared and then returned. Writs of experience were used then when char came back again they were still there unused. It was impossible to play so had to log off.

Just wish for some company, fun or advice sometimes. New players to veterans welcomed. We can team up and help you out sometimes with skill points, events, personal storylines or whatever. You can do your own thing whenever you wish but we think it would be fun for you to occasionally join in some guild group activities.

Being a fun guild, we make lots of jokes and may tease you. However if you find anything offensive feel free to talk to an officer or leader so we can sort it out with all concerned.

We have members from all walks of life and countries and we a pretty laid-back group and strive to be drama free. But slurs based on race, nationality, sexuality, bigotry, hostility, sexism and seriously foul language will not be tolerated. Any of these will result in removal from guild, likely with little to no warning.

We are a small, friendly, social, mature guild carried over from GW1- UK/EU based (but some members come from Australia & South Africa. We are of varying ages and life situations, some of us are students, some have been working for many years. Doesn’t matter to us what you do in RL as long as you have a sense of humour, a mature social attitude, can accept occasional constructive criticism and also work well in a team if needed. We are not keen on hierarchy and therefore make members leaders when they have been with us a while and have showed their worth. We want to be more of a family, with everyone having equal rights and privileges. A friendly atmosphere is the most important thing to us so that when you log you know you are going to get a warm welcome.

Play style – Casual PvE
We hope to have planned events when we get more members – PvE events, dungeons & WvW groups but we won’t force you to do anything!

We need more members because
We moved from Piken Square to High density Aurora Glade as there were not enough players around so we often we ended up playing alone. Events were missed which needed groups and some things were just too hard to solo. We lost our guild upgrades and influence and half of our guildies who didn’t move with us (they were disillusioned with the game!). This now leaves us with no chance to do the new guild missions etc until we build up our influence and upgrades again and to do that we need lots more members. We don’t want to grow too big as we want to remain a guild where everyone knows who’s who. We’d love to have you here if you are interested enough to help us increase our membership so that we could have 15 or so online most times. (16 + preferably}

What we can offer you
Maybe you are playing Guild Wars2 by yourself and getting a little lonesome and wish to just have some extra fun or need help or advice sometimes. You don’t always need to join up with anyone. We can help with levelling, skill points, events, personal storylines or whatever – just ask in Guild chat. Some of us have max level crafting so if you need new jewellery, potions or set of armour: just supply materials. We will be getting voice comms soon but you don’t have to use it. Major issues and tips can be discussed in detail on our FB group.

We haven’t got rules as such – more like guide lines
Treat all members with respect & be helpful to fellow guild members, the favour will be returned. Remember that this is a game and we are playing for fun. We are not elitist and won’t sneer if you haven’t got the right gear! You don’t have to log in every day or play for a certain amount of time or be a high level. But please DON’T GIVE our Guild a BAD NAME! Bad behaviour is unacceptable. This applies to talking in public channels as well as being in random PuG groups, Dynamic Events, or in Dungeons, WvW & PvP. Stupid behaviour gets reflected to the guild. We would like you to remain as calm as possible in any situation. If you encounter flaming or any griefing don’t get dragged in and drop to their level. Try to have respect for everyone you encounter. In other words we would like you to represent TOL to the highest possible standard at all times.
Lastly please don’t fill chat screens with combat log information and totally inane or rude chat ramblings – that can be so annoying and you may join any other guild as well so long as you represent TOL for about 50% of the time.
