I’ve had multiple DCs/client crashes now on Jormag and Tequatl, either partway through the event or just before the dragon dies. I end up missing out on the rewards.
I’ve just run my 2nd client repair as well – Running Windows 10 (64bit) , i7, 16GB RAM, a GTX 780 Ti & just under 3TB of space … which imho should be more than sufficient to run the game without issue … yet I’m having this client crash issue
Just retried … it’s back
Having same issues.
Now to transfer them over to the hero panel which is where I thought they should have been. Meh … long night ahead of me.
Look in your bank, at the bottom of the material storage.
Aha … that’s where they are at the bottom of the material storage.
40 – Minature set I
11 – Minature set II
25 – Specials
Many many many many thanks
I am a returned/returning player and have lost all my stored mini pets.
I have logged at least two support requests concerning this issue and not received any constructive or helpful replies or solutions.
I took a sabbatical around the beginning of the year (February ish) and returned September/October time.
At the beginning of the year I had 40 in collection set I and 11 in collection set II
All were either reward, laurel bought, bought via the AH or gem store.
The only ones that I have from then are three that I had on different characters rather than in the min-bank (now the Hero: Minatures).
Needless to say considering the amount of mini pets that I have lost and the gold, gems, money and time/effort that was put into obtaining them have left me more than a little saddened and extremely upset at their loss and ArenaNets lack of response over these past few weeks of my return. Their only response was that they will be in the Hero: Minatures area which I had mentioned they weren’t.
As a result I’m posting this on this forum to see if there is any support that does exist for GW2 that can help resolve my losses and preferably return my lost mini pets!
Changing a number or letter is irrelevant and is exactly what a hack script would do.
What does compromise password security as well is also forcing people to change their password (usually on a regular basis) as they inevitably end up using a password that is easy to guess/compromise as a result.
Another way to compromise passwords is to be made to use the same account for the game as well as the games official forums.
