I am going to be forwarding your information on to Quality Assurance, but can you file a Support Ticket as well? This will help us track your issue specifically in addition to addressing the bug causing it in general.

Additionally, can you access your map to use a waypoint, the WvW panel [B] to go to one of the WvW maps, or the PvP panel to “Go to the Heart of the Mists”? If that doesn’t work, try hanging out on the map for a while to see if it eventually kicks you back to the PvP Lobby.

If your account has been terminated “for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money” it is possible that your account has been compromised. Generally intruders use compromised accounts to disperse in-game spam for various gold-selling websites. This generally results in the account being terminated, often leaving the legitimate owner of the account with no idea why their account is closed.

I know most of you have already submitted a support ticket, but if you have not done so, this is an important step in getting your account returned to you.
