Guild Wars 2

I’ve been playing Gw2 for about 2 years now on a mac.
Not once have I been able to access the gem store.
Please Anet, I’m begging you

Hi, My Gw2 crashes as soon as i click either the “I” or the inventory button.
I’ve tried restarting the game like 5 times, still doesn’t work.
