I want to buy more character slots, but I’ve been waiting on a sale so I can buy it for cheaper. Last year, around february(I think) there was a sale on the character slots, and this year I thought there would’ve been one too, so I held out, but there was no sale throughout february. :[ Anyone know when there will be a sale?

I’ve had a mesmer for a while, but lately, I’ve been playing shatter mesmer in PvP a lot more, so I’d like to learn more!

On a guardian, which rune would be better? Would Guardians benefit more from the condi removal from shouts? Or would the -condi duration be better for a guardian?
