Looking through this thread its good to see so many people that are as disappointed as I am about this new revamp of crown pavilion.
ANET being concerned about bots has nerfed EVERYTHING and that sucks the enjoyment out of a game. I played the previous crown pavilion daily, not just because of the bosses but for the fun and the rewards. I could join at any time and find a mob at pyro either killing pyro or killing the mobs and getting rewarded for the time and effort that people have put into playing the game you have created for them
Nerfing every farming location, every limited time event, does not make a game fun. A game should have an incentive reward system. Collect tokens and cash them in when you have over 1000? given the small rate you get from a bronze chest and the rapidly declining players in the pavilion. this would take many many many runs. That you need to donate how much gold to ‘ho-ho tron’ is a joke. the reward system is broken. Sadly, iv been playing daily since day one and iv watched this decline into a boring no reward time waster. having played several thousand hours i am reluctant to quit something iv worked so hard for, but please start rewarding your players again or you are going to drive them off.
