That worked! I hope they fix not being able to access the bank in LA.
I’ve set up a personal guild, researched Guild Storage all the way to Deep Cave, have deposited stuff in the Guild Bank, but today when I try to access it, I can’t . It says My guild hasn’t built any soft of storage yet, although I see Deep Cave on the Unlocks screen of the guild panel. What gives? I’m still the leader, and the leader has access to the bank.
We really need this.
My crashes started with the queens jubilee, I’ve repaired numerous times and reinstalled directx to no avail. No crashes today, but 3yesterday in the middle of invasions. Up until QJ, less then 5 crashes in the past year.
I was finally able to reconnect to my home world, and then poof, another crash. There has got to be something to do to fix these crashes.
I’ve had similar issues with crashing. Finally get a zone I need to get the 13, and I crash half way in the middle of the invasion. My partner is still in the zone, but I can’t re-join because it is full. This sucks! This is the 3 or 4 crash I’ve had in the middle of invasions. Any way to keep my spot for a short time before freeing it up in case I crashed and reconnect back in?
We completed the event, got the reward on overflow, but don’t see any progress.
I’ve been leveling a toon in the crown pavilion, and tonight I’ve crashed about 6 times in an hour. I’ve missed completing 3 events, and its getting very frustrating. I’ve never had an issue with crashing until tonight.
I’m unable to purchase gems. I tried initially with a credit card, my bank declined it for suspected fraud. They’ve removed that and allowed purchases to go through again. I tried paypal, failed, then tried another credit card and failed again. So I’m assuming my account has been flagged. [Incident: 121101-000103].
They’ve said their will be holiday events, and we will even finally get to hear Mad King Thorn’s voice for the first time. I would expect it to last a week or so and the day of have the King spawn an event every 2-3 hours.
You lost any progress you did in a zone if you disconnected or logged out while the login server were having issues. I logged out because my partner got kicked and when I came back, all the work I did while he was kicked out, i lost.
It appears if you disconnected while the login servers were having issues, any progress you made in that zone since you waypointed or zonned in is lost.
Only way is to purchase the costume again. I had a similar issue, but had 3 extras because of Lag when I purchased and didn’t get the confirmation of the purchase for about 10min. Also, no refunds for any gem store purchase, even when you purchase duplicates by mistake.
I think he is talking about Email Authentication where you can approve an IP address and remember the network. There doesn’t appear to be a way to go back and edit that list or even review it.
I’ve seen this as well, but haven’t tested to see if I could replicate it. I’ve generally seen this at the end of an event, you can see the event end, then walk up and see mobs do their animation again.

My understanding is that a real person has to review before the Ban, but I could be wrong or that could be just for saying things in chat. I think they’ve gone out of their way to say a real person reviews these.
Any compensation for the lost 3 days of headstart?

All pre-purchase came with 3 days head start. The costs were not more than the normal game. There were 3 versions of the game, but they cost the same as a pre-purchase as it does now. Some people pre-ordered where they didn’t have to pay the full amount and were given 24 hours head start. I don’t know of any of the official retailers charging more for 3 days headstart than if you bought the game now, just the difference between regular, and digital deluxe. So not sure why you where charged more than the typical cost of the game. Who/where did you pre-purchase?
