Had the same problem – updated afterburner to latest version (a beta version) and after that it worked.

I have a i5-7600k 3.8GHz overclocked to 5.0GHz and a 1060 gtx 3 gb and 16 gb of RAM. I cannot maintain even 60 fps in moderately populated areas unless I drag the settings to the lowest. The gpu load is something like 30-40% but the cpu loads can go into the 90% sometimes so its definitely a cpubottleneck.

I can run new games like battlefield 1, GTA V, Rainbow six siege etc at very high detail and never go below 70 fps.

Is this normal?
