I think many players are looking for a confirmation that the leaderboard was actually frozen and not just broken as usual for this time of the day.
It looks frozen to me (when leaderboards stopped updating the next update time was also not changing, now that changes every hour and nobody has shifted in position since last update)
They don’t say outright whether a program is permissible or not. They simply don’t have the capability to look at the workings of the program and see if it’s fair.
Considering it can be used to an advantage in one aspect of the game, I can most certainly say that it should not be allowed.
It doesn’t matter if it’s only in WvW and won’t matter in PvE. Fact is, it’s operating in the GW2 game
gw2camhack allows to view AND target over/through walls (and is illegal), im talking about the zoom unlocker (which only allows a (slightly) bigger view and first person view(which i want it for), which cannot really be abused in wvw
EDIT: zoom unlocker only effects zoom levels and you can only target objects in your original view
EDIT2: and what about one that only allows first person view?
