I gather they are extremely swamped and the ticket turnaround time is way more than the max 3 days that it was. I gather it’s closer to a week now.

You should have gotten an automated response. If you didn’t get that check your junk and spam folders. If still not in there, read this thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/Not-Getting-Our-E-mails-Hotmail-Yahoo-Gmail-Comcast/first#post3785262

I’ve already gotten the automated response. Like I said, I’m waiting for a human to respond to me now. It’s frustrating because it will probably be days before I reach the top of the queue for a problem that could probably be solved in five minutes.

You can always try contacting customer support, but they’re most likely flooded with tickets at this time, what with the wave of players who thought giving their account information to scammers was a good idea.

Yeah, I’ve submitted a ticket, but it’s already been about 24 hours with no response, so I’m assuming it’s getting drowned out with everything else going on right now. Was just hoping there might be an alternative to waiting things out.

Long story short, I want to go play Guild Wars 1 for old times’ sake, but asking me to provide the names of characters I haven’t played in over 5 years is somewhat demanding, and let’s be honest, I don’t think ArenaNet’s getting back to me, an old grognard trying to play a barely-supported game, when they’ve got a brand new one being released, anytime soon. I’d go digging through screenshots, but I’m about three computers past the last time I took a screenshot in that game. Is there anywhere something like that still might be saved? Or am I up a creek without a paddle here?
