I’ve had the same problem with T3 Cultural Armor.

I preview the chest, BAM, bought it for 30g.
I made a post about it, no response.
I made a ticket about it, no response.

I doubt any of us will get our karma/gold back. No doubt this will make people leave the game faster because losing a big amount of gold like this spoils the game.
All I do now is sPvP because this is kitten and cba to do any more grinding. I will just lose my money with bugs like this.

I lost 30g accidentally buying the ugly Sorcerer’s Coat, please give me back my money.
This thing really takes the fun out of the game. Bought something few weeks ago too with Badges, atleast I can use that. But this coat is ugly and only rare. I also need the money for other stuff.

I wanted to check the Cultural Armor for Humans.
I’m very careful with previewing because I don’t want to spend 30g on some armor.

But then again, the game screwed me over, I take 5sec per click to be really careful and I don’t buy it. But somehow, with only right click I manager to buy the “Sorcerer’s Coat” for 30g.

I can’t undo it.

So please arenanet, add a sellback option or something.
And also take the Sorcerer’s Coat away from me and give my 30g back.

Whoever’s bright idea it was to make it ok for tPVP to start as a 4v5, please think again. You are at a severe disadvantage compared to the other team. If you insist on leaving it as a 4v5 then compensate the other team for their lost time as that team will indeed lose.

I honestly think it was poor planning on Anets part and should be rethought. Bad form Anet….bad form. Hope this doesn’t come off as rude or anything. I apologize if it does. It is just very frustrating when it happens multiple times and there is nothing you can do about it.

It’s not the other team, nor the other 2 teams playing in your tourney that your 5th player didn’t join the game at all. Why should you make 15 players wait for you if you couldn’t even bring a full team correctly?

I agree with OP. It’s really annoying if u fight a team with only 4 players, or if u hotjoin and get stuck with 4.

I also hate the fact that some people decide to join at the very last second. Everyone has to wait 5min just for 1 guy to join. They should make it when there is only 2 min left on timer and other team is fully ready, you got 10 seconds to join or you get a debuff for 15-30min to prevent u from going more tourneys.

Seeing you wrote that mesmer have 5+ clones up at same time just stops me taking you serious.

You are new to the game, you don’t know the other classes. You shouldn’t complain about balance until you tried out the other classes. The players are probably just 10x better than you.

Why?

1. Mesmer can only have 3 illusions (clones + phantasms) up at the same time
2. The real mesmer in downed state has a red arrow above his head. It’s real easy to find the real one once u figure out how the teleport works.
3. Do insane amount of damage? Just kill the phantasms, takes 1-2 hits, if you do an Aoe they all die.
4. "spam clones of yourself to confuse your enemy’s ", Ofc, that’s the mesmers job, confuse the enemy. But with Ctrl + T you can easily mark them and always find them back unless they use “Decoy”, which has a 40sec CD (Or torch skill, but noone uses torch)
5. Make mesmers invest points in something? We gotta go to the 25th talent point in a healing tree, with very few good traits for DPS, to get 15% damage boost, the other 15% is in a totally different trait line.

Mesmers are for sure in a good spot, maybe a bit too much dependent of the fragile phantasms. But not OP at all if you know how to fight one.

For thiefs, I only played a few times on thief. Just spamming dodge + death blossom to stack bleeds. So easy that anyone can play it. And they got other specs which also require you to only press 1-2 buttons. They just need to higher the skill cap to get such damage output. Now everyone can do it.
