Speaking of a reply. I have one which says that because of the failures i received while the system was having problems my account went into “fraud protection” they have lifted the restrictions and i can now purchase gems again. Hope this helps any one else having issues

I created a ticket last week when it happened. They said they were having intermittent problems with the system and that my money would be back in my account within 3 days. Its been 7 so i sent another ticket, waiting for response now. Its nice to know that its not just happening to me. I need to fulfill my dye addiction lol

For over a week now i have been trying to purchase Gems on both my debit card and Paypal. It always fails. Not to mention the fact that i am still waiting for funds to be put back in my account after my attempts were debited without receiving gems.

I’m getting more and more aggravated with this issue. Is anyone else experiencing the same?
