A suggestion to keep certain people from getting upset at the thought of Cantha coming into being, Here’s a story arch you may want to try. The plague that Shiro Tagachi spread, Caused wide spreed burning of homes. The only ones that survived the blight where some stragglers from the city, Kurzicks and Luxons. Say the Kurzicks and Luxons rebuilt the towns and main city with there architecture. The names of the Kurzicks are mainly German any way (like zu Heltzer), also the names of the Luxons are different as well. Remake Cantha into a new place. That way no one is offended, And we can have a Cantha expansion pack. Just considering the possibility’s in Cantha.
Please bring back NPC hero’s. I hate having to not be able to find a group for the Arah dungeon and my story mode quest. I dislike the fact I’m told to search for people on third party sites for a group up. That is unacceptable, considering if your the only person wanting to do a particular quest or dungeon. And you can alleviate the problem of people running around zones with NPC hero’s by simply having before you leave out for the story quest or dungeon, : say in a town: Pick the hero’s you want and they only appear after you zone for the story/dungeon. One of the saving graces in Guild Wars is the hero’s.
They lumped America and Europe together and created Ascalon. They lumped middle eastern countries and Africa together to get Elona. They lumped central and south America together and got Kryta. The rest of us did not complain. I don’t see what the big deal is really. I liked the look and feel of Cantha. Hope they bring it back.
Why doesn’t A-net instead of having people buy black lion chest; Put chest randomly in the world like they did in the first Guild Wars and have keys you buy from merchants. Or have the chest you do get have instead of an armor/weapon skins chance; instead have a chance to get random amount of money or karma. Or in the gem store replace the chest(s) cost loss with really awesome old school Guild Wars 1 skins for weapons and armor ( I know they have three Guild wars 1 skins you can buy, But that’s all.) , Have molten armor and molten weapon skins as well. Just that alone will bring in more money. Not some chest that rarely drops any thing good.
It is very hard to find groups late at night or early in the morning to do event’s, story quest and dungeons; so I’d love to see the hero’s and or hench’s come back. Have them stand out side a dungeon and inside a town or have a drop down tab that has the hero’s/hench’s to add to your party. Leveled to said area/dungeon. It takes five to get into a dungeon. So even if the side kick thing was implemented you still have to have five NPC’s to go with you. The Orr dungeon; no one does anymore do to bad drops and or the fight with the dragon is uninspiring.
I got my brother 40$ in gems for Christmas and when I tried to get gems for me, it said approval failed. Called the credit card company and they said the card was working, Seems to be on the trading company’s side.
