After five days I’ve still not heard a thing about the card approval failure. Very bad support, guys! When I pay for a game I expect that it works, or at least that I am told which parts don’t work, and for approximately how long they won’t. Especially when it concerns such a large group of players.
Earlier this week buying gems wasn’t a problem, but now I get the message that ‘Card Aprroval Failed.’ like a lot of people (both paying by credit card and using PayPal aren’t working). Ticket: [Incident: 120906-006106]
