Guild Wars 2

Hello I am stuck at the place where Faolain tells Caith to subdue the gate guard, no matter how hard i spam and smash my “f” key, caith just cant kill the guard. I’ve completed LS2 on my ranger before and there were no problems. But my necro just cant kill the guard, ive logged in multiple times and i still cant do a thing.

I am having this problem too, i believe it is a bug, I hope Anet fixes it quickly or im stuck in my personal story.
