So one bug was fixed and now we have a new one me my fiancé and a hand full of other players had our “stacks” gained from finishing each event within the full scale event vanish right before the end of the full scale zone event and got little to no rewards I was given 5 a few others also and my fiancé got nothing at all, its pretty bad when ive run through over 7 events and only made 100 Blooms, and we are told we will eventually get what’s owed to us. without being told when or how that will come about. everybody is working just as hard if not harder to gain these rewards as the next guy yet its a situation where some get lucky and others get the shaft. we have a limited time frame to get these rewards at this rate some of us wont get a fair chance.
P.S. we where not DCed at all this was just a flat out rip off.
I can understand having to fix the issue but if your going to make it so nobody can claim the rewards till it is fixed then those who got lucky enough to collect rewards before all this shouldn’t be able to walk around with these pets and titles and so on till everybody else can, this should be a major concern, but its been over 3 months now without the HoM it should be fixed by now as much as I hate being the guy to say it but major/minor doesn’t matter its been long enough to patch up the issue.
This is a simple topic on why I need my Serial Code in order to have my own password reset [EDIT TO REMOVE OFFENSIVE COMMENTS]. i should not need a security code to reset my password, and since I do why dont you put in big useful letters something saying not to discard it? Now if i lose my password i have to wait days for another one by bugging Arenanet staff, who could be doing important things, this is a form to fix the fact that we need it for anything else other than our initial log in. We should be able to have our passwords sent to our emails and reset like every other game without the serial code needed the serial code doesnt prove anything in my eyes other than that we baught a copy of the game at some point in our lives, are you telling me that hackers cant also just buy their own copy this doesnt help anyone its just a hassle, for everybody.

Hello, first off ive checked the minimum system requirements several times and my computer and they meet if not surpass, yet im getting insane lag spikes where im anywhere from 3-5 seconds behind seems i play for 5 minutes to lag for 5 minutes, i contacted my internet provider as well and uped my wifi from 7g to 12 which took effect today yet im still lagging out, ive seen alot about this happening randomly throughout the US servers, could this be a typical issue or a personal issue with software any help would be greatly appreciated.
Come on now this bug is really still an issue i just got done with my 11th attempt after the first day it came about i understood after the second ok thats not too bad after the 3rd day ok well what the hell after the 4th day with patches every single one of those days you expect it to be fixed but now after over 5 days this is insane and nobodys even replying to posts on here anymore what is going on, and we should be rewarded for this you people say, “Oh well playing without a monthly fee is your gift” well ya know what I did buy the game and i baught a game thats supposted to work and when it doesnt that makes it a major inconvience and any other public service supplied to people when they mess up like this they make it right. Really though thats besides the point I just want to be able to finish my story this is giving everybody else who doesnt take this path an advantage, another good point as to why we do diserve something for the trouble.
I simply cannot believe this isnt fixed yet, Holloween crap is cool and all but the main story to the actual video game should be your primary concern!
I just tried not even 10 minutes ago for my 10th try in 2 days its still not fixed be awesome if it was so i could ya know progress before i hit 80… -_-"
