Thats good to know. I am a lot more aggressive than most, so waiting the whole 72 hours thing before submitting is cute. Its probably their protocol but honestly, I don’t care. I’m all about the end goal. I would be still be satisfied if they terminate my account, as long as there is a resolution. And plus, their solution only reflects them as a company.
I’m a firm believer in making sure you are heard and getting things resolved, especially if you are a victim, even if it doesn’t speed up the process.
I guess I found this and posted my ticket number. I hope this helps.

I apologize in advance for my harsh tone. I don’t like being accused of something I did not do. I just tried logging in today and was told I botted and my account was terminated. I just realize I am not the only one, so again, I apologize in advance. Please take care of this.
I don’t check reddit but I can honestly say that the approach they are taking isn’t good for customer service. And this is not to say that GW2 customer service is great to begin with. Anybody have a link to whats being done about this situation or what we need to address if anything?

I didn’t realize I wasn’t the only one. Now I feel bad for sending Anet a nasty email. I am using my sons account but they Banned my account for botting and I took offense to it. Are they going to be fixing this issue? Can anybody confirm?
