I’m curious about this too. We mac users feel pretty neglected here. Don’t get me wrong, I’m super grateful to even have a Mac client, but it seems like it’s not getting a lot of love from Arena Net.

Any ETA on when it’s going to move out of beta and be at least within 90% as good as the PC version?

The winter patch kicked me off the game for the new build and now all I get is that when the client relaunches to try and download the winter update…

It is not in my bank sadly. While it is my fault for making such a noobish mistake, it should be a mistake that can easily be undone. The fact that it’s a permanent issue is the “bug”.

I’ve contacted support 2 times now over the last 3 weeks with no response. I know they are busy so i can wait, but still, it should be an extremely easy fix.

I’ve seen it about 4 times now today.

I bought the collectors edition and think my Miniature Rytlock was on my first character I created. I deleted that character and I think my Miniature Rytlock went with him. Is there ANY way to restore that to my account? It was pretty much the only reason i bought the collectors edition (that and just to support the developers).

The reason I put this in the bug’s section is that it seems there is no way to correct said error on the player side without bothering the developers.

Can we make it so items, such as the Miniature Rytlock (or even the Chalice of Glory/Tome of Influence) not bound to one character? Some people, me being one of them, created our first character and then deleted it when we realized that’s not the class or race we wanted to play, and lost those items. I know it says that you will lose them if you do that, but in our excitement to start playing and all that stuff most of us didn’t even see it.

Please make it so we can get those items back, and use them on multiple characters. I would love to have all my characters on my account be able to have a Miniature Rytlock
