Just made a ticket anyway, if I spend a hundred bucks on Expansions and upgrades to their game, if they have smart customer service, the least they can do is either fix this for me retroactively or at least explain me why it works this way and how to prevent it from happening in the future.

Would be nice if they noted that more clearly while you buy the expansion, before you’re in the screen you get to after you’ve paid.

You can see it before that but only if you specifically hover over the gems part of the order.

You might be able to contact support and ask if you can get the item for the discounted price as you had clearly bought expansion and gems before the items went up for sale. If the gems took longer than 72 hours to be delivered, I don’t see why they wouldn’t honor it.

The thing is it didn’t take longer than 72 hours, I just didn’t realize it would take that long. Most games give you micro-currency almost instantly if you buy it, and the store interface seems silly if it doesn’t work that way. If you want to buy something in it but don’t have the gems it asks you to buy them, but if those don’t even arrive in time to get that item, then isn’t that hugely misleading?

There’s seems to be no reason for it either, I already got all of the Expansion keys instantly, why do the gems take days to get delivered but those don’t?

But this seems to be an issue with support, what I’d really just like to know is how I can find out when (if ever) I can buy these items at a later date.

So I bought the next expansion with the 4000 gems, hoping to buy Golden Wings and Infinite Unbound Magic Tools, only to find out the gems coming with the expansion didn’t get delivered for quite some time and the sale on those items timed out.

Now my question is, how do I find out when these items will come back to the store? Wiki just lists them as store items but says nothing about it.

Otherwise I’ll just have 4000 gems in a bit for absolutely nothing.
