Guild Wars 2

hi at all. so here is my issue!
when i want to send a friend of mine ( real life friend ) some gold or an item the only thing i get is " recepient could’nt be found " or something like that and when he tries to send me some stuff it just sends the mail but it never arrives to me.

if anybody have the same or similar issue and knows how to resolve it pls post it here

have the same issue right here but the only thing that is different is when i try to send a mail i get “the recepient was not found” i have to say though that his account was banned but he bought a new key and since then no probs at all, and yes he is a friend that i know in real life
