I was just wondering if anyone could give me the names of some heavy armor pieces that have a good magic find % (as much as possible)? Trying to farm for some lodestones and more magic find wouldn’t hurt.

I just hit level 80 not too long ago, and I haven’t done any of the dungeons yet. I’m playing on Gunnar’s Hold and so far I haven’t really had any luck finding people on there. Just wondering if there are any scallywags out there that are willing to run through them with me. Ascalonian Catacombs in particular, since I’m trying to craft Foefire’s Essence and need the 500 tears I hear CoF is good for farming gold too, but I obviously need to complete all the story modes first :p Wouldn’t mind finding a “dungeon group” of sorts, people that’d be willing to regularly go through some dungeons!

First of all, I’m faaairly new to the game. Didn’t start REALLY playing until a couple of months ago, so my advice is probably not the best there is, but this is what I did, and I don’t regret it

I just leveled my character to 400 in Armorsmithing, and the only reason I did so was to be able to craft Foefire’s Essence, which I’m still working on. I just followed a guide, cause I had no idea how to do it all by myself, and I certainly didn’t have the time to really figure it out. Instead of farming for the mats needed, I decided to take the easy way and just buy the stuff from the trading post. The total cost was like… somewhere between 10-20 gold. I don’t remember exactly how much it took, but it was definitely expensive. But I rarely spend my money so I had a lot saved up after leveling my guy to 80. So, if you want to level a crafting discipline to 400 and you aren’t in a rush, this is my advice, honestly: Just level your guy up to 80 and save up as much money as you can in the meantime, and just buy the mats. And while you’re leveling you’ll of course be able to save all the crafting items you know you’ll need, so you won’t have to buy as much when you hit 80

So, I just hit level 80 and to keep me occupied, I thought I’d craft myself a weapon. I chose Foefire’s Essence cause it isn’t nearly as much of a hassle as the Legendary weapons. Anyway, as I was looking over what I had to gather up to craft it, I noticed that nothing seemed really too difficult, except one thing. 100 charged lodestones. How the heck am I supposed to get 100 charged lodestones? They go for around 3 gold each on the trading post, so buying 100 of them is absolutely out of the question. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to acquire them?

So, I just completed the heart for Fisherman Carter, but he won’t sell me anything until his DE is completed, which is “Free an Order of Whispers agent from pirates”. Well, that DE seems to be bugged, as it’s sorta frozen. You can’t see any objectives, and you cannot go through the gate to attempt to rescue the agent. That’s what I’m assuming you have to do, at least. I was running around that place for a good while, and I saw a bunch of other players trying to figure it out too, but so far, no luck. I just wanted to report this bug. I’m playing on the Gunnar’s Hold server. Hoping this will be fixed quickly. Cheers!
