Guild Wars 2

I made sure everything was correct, and also contacted them. They sent a message later on saying everything should be fixed now, but i’m still having the same problems.

What is a ticket? Does it help with the glitch problems, becasue this was happening for about 1 to 2 weeks for me now.

For the last week or so everytime I try to purchase gems from the store, it says “An error has occured, please try again later”. I have tried to look online but there haven’t been any results. If you know how to fix this please assist me.
