I submitted a ticket already (about a week ago) and got no response. I was hoping posting it on the forums a Dev / GM would see it and be able to help.
Nothing is missing. They are both sitting at 100% Map Completion.
They both have the icon for Map Completion.
I got the reward for one of them 3 years ago and the other is bugged and not giving me the reward. Sorry if that was unclear.
I have two characters (Mesmer & Guardian) with 100% Map Completion but i only got the Gifts of Explorations on one of them. I got it to make my first legendary Sunrise in the first year when you still needed WvW as part of 100%, the other character had all Tyria but no WvW. So that was three years ago and i never bothered getting it on the other because i had a spare. After finishing Juggernaut i needed a third one because I’m on my way to finishing Zap precursor questline but i couldn’t remember which toon i got the reward from in the first place since there are new PoI / Waypoints / Vistas in the game. So i said what hell they are both at 99% i’ll just finish it on both of them. That’s when things got weird.
I got Zone Completion Rewards on both Toons. I figured i wouldn’t get an extra set of rewards for picking up one PoI or Waypoint but i did so that didn’t narrow down which toon had gotten the gifts 3 years ago. I figured well since my Mesmer didn’t get the gift after 100% then it must be my Guardian who still needed the WvW back in the day. But after getting 100% on my Guardian he didn’t receive the gifts either. Now i’m back to square one with one of my characters needing their 2 Gifts of Exploration but no recollection of which one it is.
So far on both characters i have tried…
1) Zoning into each zone to make sure i didn’t leave any rewards unopened
2) Doing the roll tutorial in starter zone
3) Chantry of Secrets waypoint
Both of these characters are older than New Lion’s Arch if that makes a difference. If anyone has any ideas what else i could do to try to unlock Gifts it would be a big help.
If a Dev / GM could just mail me the Gifts or tell me what it is i need to do that would be amazing. If u need screenshots lemme know.

OK i updated my Bios to newest build and logged into GW2 and got a reboot after 2 minutes in Lion’s Arch. Guild Wars 2 is officially unplayable after this last Windows Update / Patch even though i’ve been playing it flawlessly since Beta.
I ran SpeedFan and none of my temps ever break 60 Degrees Celsius.
My GPU is a Nvidia 560 TI and requires a 700 Watt PSU.
I have a 700 Watt PSU – i hope after this last patch GW2 isn’t maxing out my GPU causing me to lose power elsewhere. Every other game runs fine with my setup and this game ran fine with this setup until yesterday.
Any advice will be welcome.
I need to use a Flash Drive to that correct?
Is there a site i can go that will have Bios updates?
I’ve never had to upgrade Bios before. Is it just like updating any other driver?
So this is the situation, I’ve been playing Guild Wars 2 with the same settings since Beta. It has always played flawlessly and i’ve never had any problems. Then after my last Windows 7 update on Oct. 15 my PC will randomly reboot but only while i’m playing Guild Wars 2. Its always preceded in my event log by an error that says <C:\Windows\Panther\setup.etl – Error Code: 3221225485> Now this just started yesterday after the Windows Update + New Partch to Guild Wars 2. Anyone one else having a problem like this? My Specs are:
Nvidia 560 TI
4 Gigs Ram (DDR3-1600)
Quad Core I5 (2.66/8M)
MSI MoBo (P55M-SD40)
700 Watt OCZ PSU
I’ve run SpeedFan and none of my Temps every go past 60 Degrees C so i’m pretty confident it’s not an over heat problem.
This only happens while i play Guild Wars 2.
