Dear Arena net,
Please at least let us know if you are trying to resolve this problem. It would at least let us know that our post has been seen. I’m going to get the VPN thing now but we shouldn’t be forced to download and use something that we are unfamiliar with just to play the game. Also, I missed my daily achievement points yesterday because of this I understand if the issue is hard to resolve, but at least let the players know if you are working on it. Very dissappointing considering we have nearly 700 views – this is obviously an issue worth resolving.

Okei this is becoming silly, today I have a day off and due to an error not even a dev responds to I’m missing out to finally play HoT properly.

Still stuck at last 2 files (couldn’t get Betternet to use VPN) and looks like I’Ll have to wait till the next patch to hope it is fixed.

Yeah, I’ve heard VPNs work. Not sure how they work but it’s disappointing because we shouldn’t need to use them. It’s a good idea but for the public and most people who aren’t super computer savvy, we should just be able to play a game that we paid for. Not trying to insult you just disappointed with the whole situation

Posted on another thread detailing the same issue, but I can still download (not near the end yet), but does this also cause the play button on the launcher to be greyed out?

Sounds similar. It downloads some files and then stops with no description of files above the download bar OR says downloading 0kb. It makes the play button greyed out because you cannot play it until the launcher downloads all the patches. Is this what is happening to you too?

I’m not from Australia and can’t download the client. As OP says it stops at different percentages and does not continue.

All day the launcher for numerous people in Australia (and maybe other places) has been stopping and not completing the patch download. There have been several posts on the facebook page asking about this. Please fix it so we can play!!

I am unable to transmute my Trickster’s light armour with the stats of new armour that I want. Why is this? The item does not say that it’s not able to be transmuted and I think since it doesn’t note this that it would be pretty unfair for me to have to buy it again.

Please help.
