It’s more of an example of what happens when a company promises something and then does not fulfill said promise. 25th is not over. Why is the season over. I would have asked this if I were legend.

It’s not “tailoring” the text read “The season ends on the 25th” and the 25th is not over yet. Simple. Also, I doubt what you say and what the developer’s reality of the situation are the same. Their servers may not have a problem with it I do not think you have the expertise to comment on the matter.

I do not understand how giving the entire 24 hour period of ANYONE’s January 25th is an issue. It does not matter where you are located, if it is the 25th, we get the entire 24 hours.

I am so close. Why not keep it open until 12pm EST? That would be 9 pm PST. I do not understand. I feel very cheated. Why are we not allowed the full time that we deserve?

If you received PvP rewards whilst playing a Beta character, you can not ‘get them back to main characters’. As clearly stated at the top of the game screen, anything done on a Beta character or in a Beta map will not be saved (to your main account).

I created a beta character and in my bags, it shows the incorrect amount of gold. I also have 5 bank account slots but my beta characters are only showing 4. My fifth one is literally not there. Its as if my beta characters are stuck in a previous time. Any fix for this coming soon?

First thing is that it’s a proc on critical, so you either run rabid instead of carrion (no base damage & no 25k hp pool) – the extra toughness isn’t worth it imo.
-> 1 torment stack with small AoE radius on proc isn’t worth it over a easy applyable vuln stack when on staff, unless you have master timing to be on the weapon who has the sigil when you do the classic DS to geomancy combo.

I spoke to Noscoc on his stream last night and he said the same thing. Switched back to frailty since I run carrion.

Has anyone had any success with the new sigil? I’ve been using it on my staff instead of frailty for a few games and really like the extra AoE condi. It procs almost immediately, lasts for 5 seconds w/ a 180 radius, and had a 5 second cooldown. There is also synergy with DS5 Tainted Shackles allowing for a consistent application of a powerful condition in 1v1s, 2v2s, team fights, ect. I use standard meta terrormancer w/ carrion.

What do you guys think? Trash? New meta?

So obviously traited warhorn is key here. I found a chart showing which conditions are converted into which boons, but which conditions should I prioritize? Conditions are cured on a LIFO (last in first out) system, correct? So becoming quick at cleansing will be another thing I need to practice.

The stow weapon after warhorn skills is working out perfectly, nice trick.

I’m a necro main and recently switched to Cele Shoutbow for the upcoming pvp season. I’ve been carrying most of my games but it still feels like I’m not playing the class optimally. What are some tips and tricks you pro shoutbow users have for a newcomer?

For example: I switched out Banner for Signet of Rage because I would go through many games without even using the banner. Is this bad? Are there times where I should lay down banner without the revive just for the AoE stability + Blast Finisher? What are some kiting tricks you use with your mobility? Rotation for best might uptime?

Also, if someone could explain Shoutbows best and worst matchups that’d be awesome. I’ve been having a hard time with mesmers in particular.

Honestly any advice would be great. I’m using the Meta build. Thank you!

I like to transfer condis, spam aoe on staff and pick off anyone who gets too close with daggers. Once my DS bar is 90%, I pop in and TS, LF followed by many, many disgusting LBs.

Should I be adding wells and taking the Focused Rituals trait over what I have currently or what?

What have your experiences been like?

I guess you could make a case for Path of Midnight and Spectral Mastery but the way my build works, I want to be in DS for as long as possible due to my attrition based trait selection. Death Perception, Reaper’s Might, Unyielding Blast, Chilling Darkness (for plague form). The longer you stay alive, the more damage you deal. VP helps tremendously with my style and I believe should be core.
