Guild Wars 2

I did all of the collection except talking to Ogden, but when i go to the instance in the Durmand priory he does not have a conversation option to give me the final part. I have tried it on multiple characters but it doesn’t work. Is it bugged or am i just missing something obvious?

Finished VB on a char with map completion yesterday and got no reward.
Both VB and AB worked fine on a revenant without completion.

Any response from Anet would be great at this point.
