Hi there, hoping someone has some info on this bug (at last it looks like a bug)

I just bought all three recipes for the runes of tormenting, minor, major and superior.
I made 2 of the minor ones to put on a lowbie mesmer and it tells me that they can’t be used below level 60. Then I checked the Major rune of tormenting and it’s the same, level 60 instead of 39.
Has anyone else noticed this? (i checked through 15 pages of bug reports but couldn’t see one relating to this).

i just made one of the minor runes of tormenting, and it tells me its for level 60?? is that right? normally those types of runes are for below 39, and i looked at the major rune of tormenting in my crafting window, it says its for level 60 as well, not 39. AM I missing something here are or are these runes useless?

Invasions are also permanent so there will continue to be sources for the sprockets.

The invasions are going to be permanent past the usual 2-4 week living story time frame etc?

Me as well, though it came up with the message that it couldn’t contact the login server before the patch had finished downloading.
It was working fine last night.
