Guild Wars 2

When i first read announcement about Megaserver my first thought had been “Multi-server guilds are going to die”, second announcement about guild chapters merging and gave me hope that but that will happen later in the year so it feels like discovering cure for patient that already died from disease! Megaserver and boss timers at this time are wrong, i feel like it would have been better idea to put new timers only on bosses in maps that are affected by megaserver change, and not change anything about rest, then when u merge all guild chapters u change everything!
Also guild events (custom triggering of world bosses) should not cost merits (or put influence -> merit exchange) as guilds like TxS exist, that do not do anything other than Tequatl and Wurm kills.

I always have problems with contacting friends for dungeons, WvW grouping or just socialising.
Allowing players to enter multiple guilds is great feature in GW2, but it often makes it hard to communicate with friends. There should be option to create (maybe even 2 or 3- different collor channel tag) separate private channel with recipients you choose from your friend list, so you can contact all your (chosen) friends that are online, and for them to get to know one another (people that haven’t had previous contact with each other).
If you have someone from your “friend chat” on your list and they dont have you they can get whisper containing your message!

Also allowing people to hotkey chat channels would be great, it would speed up chat hopping, being in a guild chat and someone ask a question in map or say chat and you want to answer but have to type “/m” or “/s” (on my keyboard those keys are on opposite sides) or choose chat options—> /say. Its frustraiting to change channel just to say “ty” to person that is reviving you, and not doing it is impolite they are helping you (saving you waypoint fee and time it would take you to run back from wp)!
