Guild Wars 2

My game client has been crashing randomly even since HoT. I have been sending my crash reports and ran 2 game updates and am still having random game crashes. GW2 ran very well before HoT and now it’s almost not playable, crashing about every 10 minutes of playing. I’m lucky enough to get to play 1/2 hour to 1 hour a day and most of my game time now is sending crash reports. This isn’t what I paid for.

I agree with many of the posters, the increase in difficulty with LS2 was unnecessary. And before you start lambasting me with stupid, idiotic and puerile insults, because you say aspect jumping is easy. It’s not for people with older machines, bad hands, and poor internet connections.

Do I need to better machine to play this game better? Yes. Are you going to give me the $700 to $800 dollars to get it? No. So, don’t insult me by telling me you need to upgrade. Not everyone has the money for that.

“How hard it is to press 2 buttons and make the jump.” Try doing it in the time required with Arthritis, bucko. You get 15 seconds to aim and make the correct moves trying to press the right keys. But hey, it’s easy.

The point the original poster was trying to make and was insulted and bullied about was why did they not make an alternate path for those who can’t do the things required just to progress in the main part of this story arc? This isn’t just about some basic achievements or little shiny things, this story arc applies to the game as a whole. The next stage in Lions Arch, why Scarlet did what she did, New items, news crafting, materials, new recipes… A great deal of new content that is unachievable by many players for many different reasons.

My main point is it’s hard for some people to do this, and some can’t do it at all.

1. Give us an alternate path.
2. Harder for many people does not equal fun.
3. Don’t be an insulting Jerk when people complain about not being able to do it.

Thank you for the help. I did not realize that Celestials were learned recipes and not discovered. I’m guessing that’s the case with all ascended crafted items. Again, much thanks.

I’ve actually done all those things too, but here’s the screen shots that might help. Ok a little less help than I thought as I can only attach one image at a time.

Yes, I know the recipe and yes, the crafting station recipe calls them shoulderguard padding and shoulderguard panels. Shoulders are what you have after you craft them. AS I said in my first comment, I have crafted other celestial items.

I’ve been working to craft Celestial items for my Ranger. I’ve crafted Celestial Emblazoned Pants, but it won’t let me craft Celestial Emblazoned Shoulderguards. My current Leatherworker level is 487. Any ideas?

I’m getting ready to move, so I missed much of the content in the last Living World event ankitten ot crying that I will miss much of SAB. I liked what I did get to play with Scarlett and I hope to play more when I get settled.

I didn’t care for SAB when it rolled around the first time, but that’s what’s great about this game. I can do other things and not feel I’m being short changed.

I’m a bit disappointed, aside from all the issues, this was the ONLY day I had to enjoy this event. I am disappointed in that I can’t complete the first part of this event. I’ve been on since the event started. Hoping that something would happen that would make it so I could, at least, do part one. 11 hours later, still can’t go on. Bummed. I hope that the people invited in for the free weekend don’t hold this against ANet.

11 hours of play and not much to show for it. Bummed.
