After changes introduced in the HoT dungeons almost “died” … in my opinion, to solve this problem would be to introduce the possibility of passing them alone as is the case with “The Ruined City of Arah – Story Mode”. My idea is supported by two arguments
1. The players focusing on PvE and not seeking a “big” groups of players to have the opportunity to explore dungeons.
2. after a hard day at work or school we have 15 -30 minutes of time and we simply mindlessly kill hordes of monsters like a typical hack’and’slash and here with the solution were to dungeons in solo mode. In Guild Wars 2 we have a great story, PvP, WvW, raids and Living World but missing something like hack’and’slash.

Simple solutions you would be to reduce the level of monsters legend => Champion => elite => veteran => 3-5 standard mob`s

Another difficult idea was to introduce the possibility of hiring mercenaries like it was in GW1
