Explorer and map completion are slightly different in that Explorer is for revealing areas that are “fogged” on the map and the map completion is for getting all POI, Hearts, Skill Points, and Vistas. Some of those fogged areas don’t have these and it is possible to get map completion without getting all explorer achievements.

I’m down for this as well. Been doing fractals here and there and up to level 9 now.
