I don’t think so. Look at the elite skills.
At the beginning they were 10 and 30 skill points for each – a lot more than normal ones – 1, 2, and 6 skill points.
Unfortunately when I unlocked all the skills I don’t have their cost information anywhere anymore. But I assume that unlocking elite spec would take about 30%-50% or even double the points spent on core spec.
Hello I write to you AN and to all players that were enjoying playing new dungeons introduced in recent upadates.
Some time ago, you introduced fractals as a new dungeon. In my opinion it was a great succes, beacause it’s different, fun and more challenging.
Furthermore during “Flame anf Frost”, the Molten Facility dungeon was also very interesting (especially the test chamber and last boss fight).
Recent dungeon Aetherblade Retreat was another great thing, because it really demanded from players good coordination and skill.
I am very pleased when you implement such dynamic challenges and in my opinion there should be much more of these in game.
I understand that some of the content from Living Story is for limitted time only, but please consider introducing more new permanent and challenging dungeons in future.
Considering how much time I spend on playing, I consider myself a casual player, so I may not appreciate all the long term rewards (e.g. making a legendary would be very time consuming and I dont want to focus on it that much).
But what I do appreciate is new PvE content that is challenging and is demanding from player a great deal od skill to finish (such as some fights in fractals, molten and ar). Of course after some time new tactics will be developed so it won’t be as hard as it was in the first place, but still it might be slightly altered by devs to be challenging again.
And if someone did not catch or my thoughts were not presented as clearly as I wanted, when I say that content should be demanding and challenging it doesn’t mean that mobs should have an immense ammount of armor and health. It means players have to act as a team, be coordinated, focused sometimes mobile and choose carefully what skills to use and when. And I think that an accurate example is fight with Frizz.
My thought behind posting this is both Molten Facility and Aetherblade Retreat were great new challenges, but they were limitted time only.
So as you introduced Fractals as a new permanent dungeon I make a request to you ArenaNet to consider introducing more permanent dungeons that are hard, challenging and what is equally important – they give you awesome rewards (e.g. tokens, some gold, rare/exotic items – depending on the lvl of difficulty).
I hope that there are many other players sharing my vision and I’ll be very glad to hear your thoughts, aswell as devs opinion on my request.

This ridiculously fast respawn rate is present on almost every mob. In 4-5 people party we went killing a champion. After his death, he respawned just 1-2mins later!
It happens with many different champions, bosses and even ordinary mobs. This is too fast.
