Similar issue as well, and i’m in NA and on a NA server.

I think I’ve had this happen to me some also. Another way that I get it working (so you don’t have to get out of combat) is to open hero panel and manually click the weapon swap icon inside there.

Whether or not you have the cannon may depend on your mission selections along the way. You can check the walkthrough on the wiki for more info.

FYI: One of the 3 siege items is a very powerful cannon you can use to clear the courtyard while never having anything attack you at all. It’s VERY simple, however the instance does not direct you to this cannon at all.

Thanks, the cannon made the mission WAY easier to take out the veterans.
