Hello! I was trying to throw on the new wedding attire outfit on my female sylvari. So far, it looked beautiful, and then I turned off the (H) menu and realized that my tier 3 sylvari armor seemed to either be poking through…or tampering with the outfit.

I provided the picture below, while this is kind of comical, I hope this gets fixed soon.

However, the problem with buying anything GW2 related is still happening. He has paypal, he tries to use it to buy gems, and it doesn’t work. I suggested he fill out a ticket, but I wonder if this glitch happens a lot to people who use paypal?

Also if there is a way to fix this problem, would it be possible for him to be on American servers? He lives in Japan, and is mainly buying the game to have fun, role-play and do quests with me. It would suck to buy the game only to not be able to play with him.

Thank you for your message! However the website The Humble Store didn’t have the game there…we’re trying gamespot, but it said ‘encountered internal error’ when he tried to buy it. <.> He so wants to play, wish I knew what was going on to help.

From what I was told, he tried to put in all his information and hit ‘submit’ only for the page to reload as though he didn’t put in any info…he’s tried on multiple computers and different browsers.

Hello! A friend of mine is really excited to play GW2 with me, however paypal, their credit card, isn’t working to buy the game. They have the funds, and the card works on other websites so we know lack of coin isn’t the problem. Is there something he may be doing wrong? Is this a common bug going on lately? He lives in Japan, is the game available to be played with that IP address?
