I noticed a issue like your last one, after mining ori for X time i got dced upon changing maps and when i got back in noticed i had been rolled back. I went to go re-mine my ori at least only to find they where still down. Seems to only be a char rollback and not a world rollback with it.
there was a character rollback of some time, maybe around 1 hour i think.
I had the same issue and I find it completely unacceptable, this had never happened to me on any other game. I think games can have server issues with connectivity but not to ensure that my progress will remain untouched is a complete lack of good customer service. I had been happy with the game so far, but this made me change my mind.
From personal experience since release i can say arena net has anything but good customer support, as with other issues they will say they cant do anything about it but are looking into it…at least reporting it lets them know it happened
Same issue, around one hour character rollback but the ori i spent a hour mining was not rolled back, quite a pain in mykitten
