Only difference is that I got an email ask for obvious data like my account email address (same email which I was communicating with them…)
Thing is, even after I confirm the data, there is no response… I keep asking more info, at least some explanation about the ban but is just “suspended account”
Worst than the ban is the lack of communication, it´s just ban first ask later… maybe.
If someone read this, I want my account back!

When you guys post in this thread, it’s only meaningful if you include your ticket number. I know you may be frustrated, but if you include the number, there’s actually a value to the post (aside from getting something off your chest
).

Also please note that some of the people posting here in heated tones are botters or RMT workers. Not everyone who is blocked is blocked in error. In fact, the vast majority of those whose accounts are terminated are provably guilty. Sometimes there are issues, occasionally there are errors, but they are a tiny percentage and we will take care of those. But please don’t perceive there’s some sort of massive problem simply because you see people protesting. In some cases, the protest is well-warranted. In others, it’s just a rant from a frustrated botter or RMTer.
After reading the whole thread and talk to a friend that also has been wrongful banned it is hard to not get frustrated and have the impressions that it´s is due to errors.
But I also agree with you Gaile in the fact that Anet has to deal with a lot of gold sellers and cheaters.
So after “getting something off my chest” I leave here the support tickets and hope that I and the others that have the unfair ban got the account back… for the weekend.

ps: I live in Brasil and when you convert the game price to our currency it get really expensive, I have to save money for a while to buy it, that is one more reason for I´m been angry…

Same issues here… I just played pvp so far, so no gold buying or anything like this.
Already open ticket but no answer so far, can´t login in days! That is RIDICULOUS!!!
Hundreds are banned with no reason, Arena Net should review it policies and more important INCREASE THE SUPPORT TEAM!! You guys are making a lot of money, so please be more sensitive about the players.
When I try to log in I got the message:
Your Guild Wars 2 account has been suspended for an account issue. Please contact Support for information.
I´m pretty sure no rule was break by me. Only thing I can think of is that someone from China try to access my account some days ago I got an email about the different location and change all the passwords.
I can´t login, had open a ticket and so far no answer, can anyone help?
