If this is the incorrect forum, I apologize and will move/delete it if possible.

But while running around Frostgorge for a few hours, we saw two people who were running 3x quicker than normal (even with the speed buff I had applied), and who beat us to almost every holographic projector we tried to get to.

They seemed to be able to teleport/waypoint out even before we had cooled down from fighting, and by the time we waypoint and run to the next one they are already there.

After this had occured many times, we sat and waited for them at one spot and they APPEARED a short distance away, ran to the Hologram, killed at 4 monsters within a few hits, and had teleported off before cool down was done.

We reported them for botting – so be on the look out for some guys like this! Also remember to always perform courtesy for other players if you see them running to get to a projector, and try and wait! As long as you hit each monster once you will get loot!

For the last few days, wherever I play, I suddenly will see people there. It isn’t that they logged on/off really quickly – I’ll see players performing an action, ie mining something, then freeze – then disappear. They appear long enough for me to read their names/guild tags, but I can’t click on them – and they usually disappear after.

This has happened in PvE, but also in WvW – in one case I saw an opposing server user and attacked them, but they didn’t take damage – and then they disappeared.

While in Lion’s Arch queuing for Fractals, a player asked to join my party. Since my party was full I told them such, and then suggested they use gw2lfg.com. When they seemed confused I typed it out – gw2lfg.com.

They then said “Reported for sending a website. Scammer.” And then disappeared.

Is it GW2 policy that scamming is sending website links – or is there a rule as such – or is it specifically for websites that link to gold selling and exploits? I want to be clear for future reference.
