Yeah I agree, to be honest I would let EBG + 3 Alpine Bls + 1 Desert Bls and GG we still have desert map and the classic alpine bls.

Anyway just test us anet, give us one week alpine bls and check the activity.

Who did insult devs here? I do not see any insult from anyone. Anyway you gave another example “reset”, ok how many topics have been opened about the fact that people don’t like the reset on suturday evening? But this is another topic, but another example how anet don’t really listen wvw community.

Anyway matchup is not only about reset and you know it, I wonder if people can have some fun roaming, since this map is really a killer regarding roamers or those people that liked to scout and upgrade.

Everybody can have his own opinion, but as I’ve said if the majority of players don’t like this map is not a lie.

If you can’t respect the opinion of someone of whom you think is a noname: This “dude with 0 knowledge” plays WvW almost since release, has 240k kills and played ~1,5 years in one of the most hardcore EU WvW/GvG guilds.

I played at least as much in EU kitten as you did, so I know exactly what I’m talking about. I made 700 kills this reset, 800 the reset before in t4/t3. There was pretty good action during prime time the whole last week. I constantly see players coming back to WvW from PvE over the last two weeks. WvW being dead might be your personal opinion and point of view and even if many posts on a forum might agree with you, it is not the opinion that everyone has.

Matchups with Augury Rock always had a lack of action on some day. There won’t be 1000 people per server appear out of nowhere if you bring back some old maps, that we already played for three years.
Stop dreaming of the “good old days” and don’t wait for miracles.

I respect all people opinion, I speak with a lot of commanders and people from other servers, I don’t think the old maps will make borderlands full 24/7 but I do think people will play on em with more pleasure, I like some mechanics of new map like the radar/sentry thingy, but keeps are just meeeeeh, at north side of the map is nearly impossible to have a decent fight, also so many corridors, how people can even roam and find enemies?

What I think is old maps had their defects and we all waited for this new map and we expected something better, I do understand some tier got fights in off time, but do you have the same amount of fights as before? Do you see more or the same amount of roamers or people that liked to upgrade stuff? Personally I didn’t, I don’t want to speak for others but looking at the amount of replies in this forum I don’t say a lie if it looks like that the majority of wvw players aren’t enjoying desert bls.

Ontopic: Although I really love the new maps, I just have to admit the new borders made WvW dead. Yesterday we were on SFR map and fought nothing. It was empty.

I wouldn’t want the old maps back, but their should be done something to get maps crowded again.

Sorry but 100 words are even too much, I was used to be commander for open raid during off time (either afternoon or after prime) but now wvw is DEAD!!!! We can give you tons of feedback, but the thing is only one, the design of the new map is not fun at all, I just see with my guild, kinda nobody like it, before everything was easier, roaming, upgrading (i even miss to upgrade a keep, now there is no fun anymore even on upgrading stuff), duelling, guild raids…old alpine bls had his problem, but still is 1000 times better than desert bls.

How can people suck like this? For real go play in bl and if you can kill enemies you will have your kills, but such grind is so childish, I’m speechless.

I had this idea to improve matchup to make em more funny.

1 tick is 15 min so we have 4 tick for 1 hour

it means: 4×24 = 96 ticks

In one day there are 96 ticks and my idea is to base score on tick, who win the tick takes 1 point.

With this mechanic people will ninja more Towers, supply camps and the server with the biggest night crew could not win just for their night cap.

Wvw is unplayable, skil lag everywhere even when there are not huge fights and this is not fun Anet. Do you think you can fix it or we have to play in this way for long time? I don’t think I can play with this skil lag for long time, I hope you can do something and mostly tell us something because it seems you didn’t get this problem.

Yestarday NoE only did roaming guild, I hope next time to find Desolation guild running separate.
