Guild Wars 2

I received and email saying my account was being suspended because of excessive currency activity ,I am 700miles from home and have not been in my game since 3/20/14. When I tried to sign in it says password not correct and goes to restore screen. I can’t restore with out key code and its700 miles away and I won’t be home for 2 weeks. I can’t even submit a ticket without it,I was able to sign in to here with old password but this is as far as I can go. If any Dev’s read this please put a freeze on my account till I can get home and get my key and do a restore.I have been playing since GW1 came out and have 2 years invested in GW2 that I hate to lose.

It seems that a lot of you don’t know what you need to file a CS ticket, you cannot file with out your key code and serial number,before anyone else tells me to file please check for yourself.

I can sign into the forum and account but can’t sign into game the restore window pops up and when I try to restore it won’t let me with out my key code. I was able to sign into here and change password but when I try to sign into game I still get restore window and can’t do anything with out key and it’s 700 miles away and no one there to look it up for me. I can access everything but my game even old tickets I filed but no game. If I have too I can wait till I’m home in 2 weeks but how do I get the dev’s to put hold on my account before everything I have worked for 2 years to achieve is gone.

What do I do to stop my account from being kitten d and how can someone log in and steal my account with email notification,I thought that if your account was signed into from a different address Arenanet sent you an email and I never received any notice. So what now????

On my account and my Wifes account we are missing everything that we right click and deposit. I deposited 10 bronze bars and lots of steel and inon and copper etc. and none of it made it to the bank. My wife has been depositing all her leather goods and copper and its all missing. Please fix this and get us back our goods.
