Is there a chance for the support team to give me my characters in the new account? (supposing i create a new one)
Has it been done before?
I received a new message from support team saying to purchase a new key and add it to a new account. But shouldn’t they explain to me what I did wrong? They can’t just close the account. What sort of investigation is this. I am a gamer 3 years now and they should respect that and give me instructions to resolve the problem. Not to mention that I lost the gw2 game that I have paid at the start of the game.
Lets say I do what they told me and finally create a new account question: will my characters be there for me or they will be deleted. I am in no way willing to do this if I lose my characters and start the game from the beggining. Iwill drop the game seriously…
If someone faced the problem and solved it somehow, pls help!

I have been a player of the Gw2 since the beggining of the game (3 years now) with no problem at all with my own account!
I purchased the expansion HoT through the credit card of a friend of mine 2 days ago.
The game was successfully purchased and I logged in the game. So far so good.
After a few minutes the game kicked me out with a message that my account was suspended. I contacted with the support team explaining that my friend bought the HoT for my behalf and that all was 100% legal. My friend also made a request that he bought the game for my account!
I received a series of messages and in conclusion all I got was my account being closed.
They did send me a refund message but no actual refund was made in the the credit card. In addition my friend does not have also the HoT for his account either. (He had bought it successfully for his account with no problem days ago). All we want is to get the HoT for our accounts and play the game. I can’t even play the game at the previous status (before HoT Iwas 100% good)
I am very disappointed for that and do not know what to do get my account again active with all my characters back!!
Any advise would be much appreciated.
