I can’t seem to be able to equip staff as a ranger. I have unlocked the staff proficiency and all training up to celestial shadow but I still can’t equip the glyphs either

I have been having the same issue from day one of the release across all my toons. I can’t use any of the elite skills and I’ve max my ranger.

Do you have the specialization equipped in the last specialization slot?

After the last update, while in Heart of the Mists (not sure about other maps) I keep disconnecting. When I disconnect, often things are rolled back a few minutes. Having to re-train specializations, re-open inventory items, etc.
